Preparation of this accessibility statement
This draft statement was prepared on 21 January 2021, and will be submitted for approval to the next meeting of Colonsay Community Council. Preparation was in line with the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 of 11 October 2018 establishing a model accessibility statement in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies .

Colonsay Community Council is answerable to Argyll & Bute County Council and subject to the enforcement procedures of that body in the case of unsatisfactory responses to any notification or request sent in accordance with Article 7(1)(b) of the Directive.
